Parker when he stopped by the
Abbey the middle of November,
but sorry to hear he was on his
way to Walter Reed Hospital in
Washington where Danny, his
three-year-old son and only
child, is ill with leukemia. Dan is
a Captain in the infantry,
stationed at Ft. Banning, Ga.,
and is attending advanced Of
ficers Training School. He is
making a career of the service.
