Abbey Seminar
The ministry to the sick and
dying and to their families and
friends has been a perennial
concern of the Christian com

and woman, not just the minister
and religious educator, faces the
mystery of death and the fears,
anxiety and sense of loss which
accompany it. The Christian
meets the mystery of death with
faith in the Risen Lord. In this
seminar we have gathered a
religious educator, a liturgist, a
moral theologian, a Scripture

are called to serve. The seminar
is dedicated to a man who served
the church of the Southeast well,
Paul J. Hallinan, Archbishop of
Atlanta.
Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross will
discuss the psychological
aspects of those who are ter
