Mime Troupe Plays At Abbey An unusual en tertainment experience occurred on January 29 at Belmont Abbey College with the ap pearance of The Mad Mountain Mime Troupe. Mad Mountain wrapped the sounds of music around the silent arousal of feelings that is mime to produce their own unique magic. The Troupe has per formed before several million people on their tours of Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Featured were C. W. Metcalf, one of the world’s fpremost pantomime artists, and his co-performer Tom Pierce, formerly a Barnum and Bailey clown, with the music of guitatist-singer Tim Bays.
