November 8, 1946 THE LEXHIPEP Page 7 Alumni Notes —Enid Ayres L.H.S. is proud that so many of its Alumni came home to attend the An nual Homecoming. The Alumni were scattered through the cheering sec tion and helped to put some power behind those yells. Most of the Alumni were home for the week end from colleges, while others were seeing their first home- comhig in quite a few years. The team performed superbly for these while the bleachers roared with con tinuous yells, led by twelve up-to-the minute cheerleaders. Those attending this special event were Jean Coggins, Patsy Gordon, Jesse Gordon, Rusty Graver, Jimmy Eanes, “Fats” Price, Carroll Dorsett “H. B.” Soloman, Kenny Ayers (me little brudder). Nig Lambeth, Parks Easter, Adelaide Giles, Betty Wilson Tommy Wicks, Jean Graver, Joe Har old Leonard, Addie Mae Leonard “Dirty’’ Everhart, Billy Everhart, Jan Walser, and many, many others. L.H.S. is proud that the Alumni still return to the football games. With her good team this year and with the Alumni and Sfhdent Body behind them, they can’t lose!
