Yet their honors don’t stop there, because Mary Anne proved to be the most popular senior girl, and Paul is the most versatile boy. Evelyn, Jake, Adele, and Margaret Evelyn McDade, Cutest—Jake Cross, Most Dependable, Most Studious—Adele Tuttle, Most Versatile—Margaret Finch, Most Intellectual, Most Studious. The car above may look ancient, but Jake Cross, Evelyn McDade, Adele Tuttle, and Margaret Finch certainly aren’t. Neither did the senior class think these four were of ancient material, because they elected Jake the mast dependable and most studious boy, Margaret the most studious girl, Evelyn the cutest girl, and Adele shared the honor of most versatile. The two smiling people you see above are none other than Mary McLendon and Woody McKay, who were voted as the two wittiest students in the se nior class. Anyone can guess that they are memorizing the jokes in the funny book so that they can live up to their names. Woody also is the most popular boy by the seniors’ votes. Bill is also the cutest boy in the senior class. Most dependable was the honor given to Peggy Jean Thomason.
