Preparation for the hunt
A Beautiful Day For
An Egg Hunt!
“Rain or shine”, said the Egg
Hunt Committee, but anxiety
rose as the barometer feii. As
Saturday drew nearer, skies grew
greyer, and on Thursday, a dis
couraging forecast added woe to
a coid, wintry rain. Friday was
worse, with high winds.
The same winds that took
down the entrance sign carried
some of the siips from the an
nouncer’s stand, but from the
records which remain, here are
names of some of the winners:
Tina Barton, Tayior Fowier,
Matthew Garren, Brentiy Hed-
den, Keliy Orr, Chris Roiiins,
Jennifer Woodroffe, Jessica,
Cheree, and Chrissy, age 4.
Tommy Wilson won the door
prize.
