Upon Humming a liar of two of “A Bicy cle Built for Two,” many citizens have lately l)een turning all effort towards lixing up the old two-wheelers. Businessmen, high school girls (who once con.sidered themselves too old for such childish play) and school teachers are all included in the rirsh for the rubber-savers. Alany rib-ticklers have been invented upon the sight of portly old gentlemen swinging gaily along on a two-wheeled tandem or at the first v iew of a jmung scliool marm, who is just learning to ride, announcing proudly “The wdieels went around seven times on that one!” Scout around, have you an old bicy cle lurking in some dark corner of your basement? If so, get it out and spruce it up, for it won’t be long till we’ll be joining the “bicycle brigade.” The Greensboro Senior high school hand, under the direction of Herbert Ilazelman, will appear in the annual state hand contest, to be held here on Friday, April 17, according to informa tion gathered in an interview with the director last week.
