Black Leadership:

from the enemy, but not God.
The Holy Qur’an says, ‘Though it
be the weight of an atom in a rock and
the rock buried in the heart of the
earth, yet I will bring it forth.’ The
Bible says, ‘All things that are done in
the dark, God will make it manifest
and bring it out into the light.’ There
fore the masquerade is over for us
today, so that we may be seen for what
we are. The masquerade has been over
for white people, but now we have got
to be made manifest so that this ac
cursed charade that we are putting
on, calling it leadership for Black
people, can be manifest and elimi
nated!
Is eloquence a valid criteria for
leadership? Is a college education or a
doctorate degree a valid criteria for
leadership. All of these are false crite
ria, by which we choose people to
iead us, or our enemies choose them
for us and we accept his choice.
However , today Allah (God (intends
to sit all of the false ones down.
But before he can sit him or her
down. He must first manifest them.
Baal prophets killed
In the time of Elijah, the Prophet,
the Baal prophets represented false
hood. We are in our current condition
because of false prophets, false lead
ers. They have been false leaders.
Since we have not been true people,
we therefore like false things - such as
leaders who tickle our ears, make no
demands on us, will not discipline us,
will not show us the straight way.
There is no easy way to liberation.
Elijah had a showdown with the
Baal prophets for he did not tolerate
them after they manifested their false
hood. He said, ‘Take them down by
the river and kill them all.’ That’s se
rious. I do not want to be one of those
Baal prophets, do you? We (Black
leaders) are now before the people as
true leaders, but are we? We can
blame the white man for the roundup,
but, do not minimize God. God is at
the head of the roundup, white folk
are agents in the roundup, (iod wants
to know, ‘Who are you?’
Another Scripture says, ‘...and the
sons of God came to present them
selves before God and the devil came
also with them.’ Here was the devil
traveling with the sons of God. They
could not have been very wise to the
devil if they were walking with him.
They shared companionship, broth
erly love even: the sons of God and

That’s like some of us who want to
lead our people walking with Satan.
So when they got before God, He said,
“Whence cometh thou Satan?” I
imagine the sons of God were shocked.
“What?” “You! (Satan)” “Whence
cometh thou Satan?” He said, “I come
from walking up and down to and fro
in the earth seeking whom I can de
vour.” Meaning, “I consumed your
people and made them mine. I have
eaten them up, they are a part of my
body now (meaning they are crying
out my will). ” God said to him, “Have
you considered my servant Job.” He
said, “I considered him.” God said to
Satan, “He loves Me, and he fears Me,
and shuns evil.” Satan says, “That’s
because you have this hedge around
him. But if you remove that hedge
from around him, I will make him
curse you to your face.”
Leadership! You do not lead your
people in good times and run when
the wolf comes in bad times. Leader
ship! Do not lead for money. Leader
ship is not for hire. Leadership is a
divine responsibility that God imposes
on those whom He chooses to lead. He
gives you a head on your body, that’s
your leader. Your eyes are supposed
to see. Your ears, to hear. Your nose,
to smell. Your tongue, to speak. Your
brain to think on behalf of yourself.
Lead for the people
When you have a leader, the leader
should see for the people, hear for the
people, speak for the people, think for
the people, not follow the people, but
lead the people. Most of the preach
ers are like politicians. They see what
the people like then they follow the
people. Well, if you are going to fol
low the people, then get behind the
people, get from in front of the people.
If you are going to lead the people.
then get out in front of the peopi/
because that is where the leader be
longs. The leader leads the way.
God said to Satan, “I’ll remove the
hedge. I only make one condition, do
not take his life, but you can do to him
what you will.” Now God and the
Devil are talking. Job does not hear
any of this. Job has money, cattle, a
family. Job is doing pretty well. He
does not know that the Devil and God
have made a deal. See, they work
together.
All of a sudden Job gets in trouble.
He loses his house. He loses his fam
ily. He loses his cattle. He loses his
health. His wife turns on him. His
friends begin to question him. He
breaks out in sores. He’s sitting down
with nothing when he once had every
thing. But still he would not curse
God.
Then after God permitted the devil
to do all of this to him, the Devil finally
had to give up and say, “This is truly
your servant.” God thanked the devil,
and said, “I’m glad you tried him, and
now you know as well as I that he is
faithful.”
In other words, you cannot be in
front of our people leading them to
liberation without being first on the
list of the enemy to be tried.
When you understand that, will you
now accept leadership?
It’s one thing to be in the alleged
safety of the church preaching fire
and brimstone subject matter, but
when you get influential, you are
bound to be tried.
It’s one thing to say, “I am going to
lead our people on a march,” but if
the march is successful and people
begin to look at you as some kind of
leader, you are headed for the
roundup. And God is right behind the
roundup, saying “round them up, put
the heat on them, take everything from
them, strip them, bring them before
the courts, expose their weaknesses,
and if they still stand up, I will use
them for my glory.”
All of us, as leaders, are so-called
leaders until we are proven by (iod,
because this is His people. They are
loo sacred for us to play games of
leadership with the lives and the des
tiny of the people of Allah So Allah
((iod) does not want us in front of
them, play inggames with them, there
fore (iod has ordained this roundup
(persecution and trial of leadership).
