given by my husband, Rodney J.

names of Justice,
Truth, and Honesty our Federal
Bureau of Investigation, with the
blessings of President George Bush
and Ronald Reagan, went
HAYWIRE. "The FBI will lie, steal,
cheat, and do anything after enm inal
investigations of Black Leaders to get
indictments and convictions.", fanner

sponsored by the Black Lawyers
Conference at Indianapolis, Indiana.
The FBI will violate US laws
and even kill American citizens to
cover up their wrong doings and
misconduct, as was the case with
Robert Moussallem. Under the
leadership of Attorney Generals Ed
Meese and Richard Thornburgh the
FBI routinely and , systematically
targeted black politicians and black
community leaders for investigation
of corruption with the smallest of
complaints from any disgruntled
white American. The FBI believes
that all Black Leaders are corrupt or
corruptible. Their "Fruhmenschen"
policy - a German word meaning
"primitive man" promotes a concept
that blacks are incapable of proper
leadership.

Attorneys use their awesome powers
to manipulate the media with unfair
an ugly press, fueled with prejudice
and misinformation. This propaganda
is disruptive and destructive to
families, lives, and careers of black
leaders across America.
US Attorneys routinely
release information to the press
relating to indictments, and the
intentional leaking of grand jury
information by the government
creates fear and results in trial and
convictions by the press. US
Attorneys and the FBI are not
interested in the truth. They want
only convictions. With their
misinformation, perjured testimony
and improper use of immunized
testimony, they create illusion of
criminal acts. There is a double
standard practiced by the FBI and US
Attorneys in regards to "when, why
and how" they investigate black
politicians, and black leaders. There
is a double standard of their
expectations of black lobbyists in
America.
I am the only lobbyist in
America who has ever been
convicted of racketeering, extortion,
Klein conspiracy, travel act, mail
fraud,
money
laundering
and
peijury for
operating a
legitimate
business
and normal
lobbying
activities.
1 used my
client's
money to get access, conversation,
and meetings, to get their attention
and win the votes of politicians. (I'm
the lobbyist and political consultant
in the FBI's operation Mushroom
Cloud with the Winston-Salem Four).
Former US Attorney Robert
H. Edmunds, Jr. and Assistant US
Attorney Doug Cannon are guilty of
prosecutorial misconduct in the case
of the "Winston-Salem Four." Their
professional discretion crossed the
line and became racially motivated,
political prosecution to enhance their
careers. The FBI, US Attorneys and
our Courts using fear and ignorance,
have created an atmosphere where
anything and everything goes to
incarcerate as many Black Americans
as possible. Too many Black
communities across America have
"give out of fighting for justice and
have given in to injustice." Justice is
not just in America! Black
Americans, including nearly all of
our black leaders are afraid to fight
for justice for other black politicians
and black leaders when they come
under attack by our system of

freedom ring in the Black
community by being the
example of economic
responsibility. The Black
church needs to get away
from being the "Big-I"
church and the "Little-U"
church.
Black churches must
write and redirect some of
its energy into areas of self-
help and self-responsibility.
Ninety percent of the
wealth from the Black
churches comes from Black
people. Yet it doesn't
trickle back into the hands
of the Black commiinitv
The church owes it to the
community to educate its
members to give more,
invest more, share more and
care more about Black
people. Most of the large
banks won't even loan
Blacks money that is
coming to banks from their
own churches. To make
matters worse. Black
employees in local banks
are usually found in the
low-paying, entry level
positions.
Yet, as the saying goes,
"the pot can't talk about the
kettle." The Black church
has to realize its uniuue
position in the community
and strive to make an even
more meaningful impact
upon it. The Black church
should hire financial
consultants to assist in
establishing diverse
investment programs, with
financial portfolios, which
include more than building
funds, saving accounts and
certificates of deposit.
The Black church should
have investment in real
estate, utilities, prime stocks
and bonds, money markets
and other investment
opportunities that would
help create a base of wealth
in the black community.
The church has a moral,
social and ethnic obligation
to know what companies
spend dollars back on the
good of the Black
community.
How many Black
churches have discriminated
against Black-owned
construction companies?
They seem to almost go out
of their way to hire white
brick masons, electricians,
roofers, painters, pavers,
plumbers, carpenters and the
like.
Why are we asking the
rtiH/ rtf fy^w
injustice. Only the Honorable
Minister Louis Farrakhan has been
willing to speak out about this "living
hell" that is being afflicted on black
leadership in America.
An article, "The Witch Hunt"
by Mary A. Filcher in the 1993
December edition of GQ Magazine
accurately outlines the struggles and
"living hell" of black leaders in
America. She details how our ~
government is allowing the FBI to
treat and harass our black leaders and
the justified resulting paranoia.
Let's look briefly at a portion
of the 20 year investigation of Mayor
Richard Arrington - Robert
Moussallem had been operating a tax
scam and bribing an undercover IRS
Agent in Birmingham, Alabama. He
was instructed to meet the FBI and
IRS agents in a downtown
Birmingham building. Moussallem
noticed a large photo of Mayor
Richard Arrington with the word
"CORRUPTION" written above it.
He disagreed but the purpose for the
meeting soon became clear.
Moussallem would not be indicted if
he would cooperate in a sting
operation. He agreed and was told in
a second meeting of how he was to
lure Mayor Arrington and other black
Birmingham officials into accepting
bribes in a phony land deal.
"They (the blacks) all are a
bunch of dope heads", one of the
agents told Moussallem. Arrington
had been investigated three years
before. Unknown to the Mayor, his
office was bugged and he had been
followed continuously. The FBI
stopped when it became clear that
Arrington had no propensity for
corruption, but they still without
probably cause, were going ahead
with this sting effort called
"Operation Bowtye."

minority contractors and
services "set-asides" before
we implement our own?
We desperately need a
program for Blacks to hire
Black businesses. Why
can't we start our own set-
aside program and let it
begin with and controlled by
some of the bigger Black
churches.
Our Black church needs to
start supporting Black-
owned business and
spending money only with
Non-Black businesses that
support
employ
our community.
Blacks and have
in place.
