SMITHFIELD HIGH TIH E3 LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, the Senior Class of 1967, being sound in body, mind, and soul, solemnly bequeath the following items to certain underclassmen. Inasmuch as the recipients should treasure these as much as their prede cessors; Whereas they should regard these as sacred priorities bestowed upon them by the generous and idolized upper classmen; Whereas we expect them to use these blessings to the very fullest of their abilities: Item I.Lawrence Banks Coor leaves his precious long locks to Peter Hulth, III, who is certain to appreciate them. Item II.Justine Leigh Blow leaves her "impressive abilities" to Elva Susan Jones in hopes that she will cherish ftem. Item III. Frank Edward Barnes leaves his "omnipotent traits" to Stephen Clarence V^oodard, II, who is almost perfect. Itemi XI. Timothy Carr Daughtry leaves his position as drum major and his beloved baton to William Edward Jackson, who will probably give them away. Item XII, Robert Joel Beland leaves his appreciation of geometry to Willie A. Smith. Item XIII. Nancy Beth Johnson leaves her modesty to Watson Carl Wharton, who can use it. Item XIV. David Michael Prevette leaves his imvpi'alines:Si£fccxjEdWHi'Heniiy^ Pattemson, who doesn't need it at all. Item XV. Gilbert DeWitt Stephenson, Jr., leaves his excellent taste in fashion to Galen Bolin. Item XVI. Carlton \V, Cverby leaves his willingness to fight to Durwood Rose. Item XVII. Glenda Carol Sullivan leaves her spirit of felicity to Sandra Elizabeth Item IV, Jamies Ransomi Creech just leav^. Clayton. Item V, William Thaddeus Boone leaves his loquacity to John Stevenson Bryant who manages well enough without it. Item VI. Sylvia Jo Hamilton leaves her sense of humor to enlighten Carol Richardson Grantham. Item VII, Mickey Lee Black leaves her sophistication to Jean Leigh Woodruff. Item VIII. Hunter Eli Olive leaves his virility to Ronnie Earl Stancil. Item IX. Brenda Suzanne Stancil leaves her naivete to Shirlee M. Woodson. Item X. Jane Gaston Holt leaves her poise to Julia Tatum Gilbert, Item XVIII.
