FOR HOIISEWIVES AU rationing boards in the Raleigh OPA District of 54 counties now are ready to distribute purse-size copies of the ceiling prices on meats. District Director Theodore S. Johnson urged that house wives obtain copies of the lists—and use them to check at all times. "This purse-size list is real ly 'printed poison' for the black market dealer." John son said. "It enables the housewife to check meat pric es gviickly and easily. "By refusing to pay a single cent more than the legal ceiling, the housewife strikes a death blow at the black market—for without custom ers there couldn't be a black market."
