The marriage three months ago
settled a quarter million dollar
paternity and damage suit the
waitress had brought against
Minoso.
Mrs. Minoso charged that Min
' nie struck her five days after
! the marriage, then repeated the
| assault six days latfer. Minoso did
i not show up to contest the suit.
