Mrs. Thornton has been j a faithful member of the church i for over sixty yesr* and her in terest remains the same. Revs. G. W. Larkin and Wrn. Moore were pulpit guests, The two nephews and a niece of Mrs. Melissa Curtis were baptized at the close of the morning ser vice. Music for Hie dsy was fur nished by the choristers. That Rev. Mrs. Hayes and her people were the guests of the sen ior choir for the evening service, at the close of this service, a ladies lounge dedication was made by the Rev. Penn. Our first hymn No. 428 "Happy is the home when God is there” was sung led by our Pastor, Rev. W 11. Carson.
