Hear My Dome On this Sabbath night as the moon did shine, I was walking, not thinking about the time. Suddenly! I found a light Suddenly! I could hear a rum bling sound. A train rolled up and stopped for me. He said softly. “You know I have come for thee.” When you were born this night was set. I began to say I am not ready yet. He said 1 cannot change the time or day. Get aboard let's be on our way. I argued with him back and forth. Give me a little more time and then I’ll go. Come back later after I am dressed. Then I can go home with you to rest. He said the dafy is spent, the night has come Lets be on our way where we are going. ! I could not talk him out of this trip. He said, quickly! Get a prayer on your lips. I’ll give you a few minutes to try and" fix. So whether I made it or not I cannot say. But don’t you take a chance this way. Start to fixing ahead of time, *0 you can be ready at that day. —By Alton C. Matthews Apex High School Dr. Spellman earned his M. S. 1 degree at Oregon State College and : Ph.
