PAGE TWELVE Angler News BY MRS. POLLY C. STOKES ANGLER—Sunday was quarterly meeting day at Williams Chapel. The services were well attended. Services began by the choir sing ing My Hope is Built. Scripture lesson was read by the presiding elder. Rev. T J. Young. St. Luke 17:20-30. 18-1, al'terwhieh the choir sang Guide Me Oh Thou Great Jehovah. The sermon was delivered by the presiding eider. His text: Not to faint taken from the scripture Pt. Luke 18:1. He emphasized that the kingdom of God ccmeth not by observation. The kingdom of God is within you. As it was in the days of Noah so it will be with you. The son of man is coming back. Men ought, always to pray, not to faint. Don’t faint or give up in faith, confidence, hope, charity, work tribulations, well doings, chasten ings and rebukes. God will deliver us. He brought the sermon to a close by singing Just Keep on Praying. This was a very powerful message. The Holy Communion was administered by the presid ing elder ana the pastor, Rev. A. B, Massey.
