Samuel Whitley, President of the local chapter and Vice-presi dent of the Federation, served as a chairman of the President group of the 1.7 chapters present. Introductory remarks were made by W. T, Johnson, State Super visor of Agriculture Education in Negro Schools. He greeted all!
