C.j Bryant, who was an outstanding Baptist minister ! Secretary of Bynum School .s ! Miss Rubye Jenkins, a native of i Wilson. Bynum School faculty is com prised of Mrs. M. L Bohannon, Mrs. A. R. White and Mr? K O. Wine. Bynum School received its name from a prominent local civic minded medical doctor, Doc tor Charles H. Bynum, who died in Jan. 1938. He began his gen eral practice of medicine here m 1898 and served the community for 41 years and was prominently i identified with several movements for community betterment. Dr. Bynum attended private schools for his elementary and secondary education. He later at tended Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and the Medical Coltege of Raleigh, N. C„ which was the Leonard Medical College.. The rally was quite successful, but is being extended until next Sunday for those who did not get to ,Church last Sunday. Visitors are always welcome at our worship services.
