Dr. Howard Miller, head of the
department of Psychology at N. C.
State College. Raleigh, will review,
"Tha Organization Man." by Wil
liam Whyte Jr.
The reviewer is a native of Buf
falo, New York. He received his
doctor of Philosophy degree at
Pennsylvania State University and
the University of Buffalo. His area
of work includes Industrial and
Management Psychology.

Women's Activity Committee Gathers
The Women's Activity Committee j
of the Y. W. C. A. met recently
with Mrs. Minetta Eaton presiding |
as chairman. Plans for two special j
events were made. Tne annual
lawn party is set for June 15, and
will be held as customary, on the
lawn of Mrs. L. E. McCauley. The i
entire Parent Teacher Association
membership will be honored by the |
YWCA on this occasion. The speak- j
er for the occasion and the prog- j
ram will be announced at. a later
date.
Tentative dates for the annual
bazaar were set for between 17-19
of November. Members and friends
of the YWCA are urged to begin
now to assemble the articles which j
they plan to donate for the bazaar.
The chairman served the group
with delicious cookies and coco
nut and marshmall filled cookies.
