Open House Attended By Many At Tuttle Center By MAKCVS H. BO ULWARE Raleigh citizens had a chance to what some of the*r United Fund donors do when they mended the open house of the Tuttle Commun* ity Center, on Tarboro Street, last Sunday *t 2 p. m The purpose of the open house ewss to allow the public to view ground improvements, as well as in terpret that work of the Turtle Cen ter to Raleigh.
