DECEMBER 19, 1935 Bethel High School ' And Community News! Mr. C. M. Dickson and daughter, Miss Bonnie and Mias Betty O'Neal took dinner with Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Kincaid Sunday. Some days ago two committees consisting ot two high school hoys and two girl3 from each grade were appointed to formulate in brief form some suggestions which they think will be helpful to the school. The suggestions of the boys axe as follows: 1. Don't make a beauty parlor out of the school. 2. A better building. 3. Co-operation among students. 4 If those desire to be held wise, be so wise as to hold thy tonge. 5. We need more subjects on the things that will help us to make a better living in the future. 6. Safeguard the rights of the little folks. 7. Library in new building with enough books and mag. amines. 8. Never say or do anything that might in any way damage your school. Suggestions by the girls: t. Co-operation among the students. 2. Respect for fellow students and teachers. 3. Live up to school standards. 4. Individual pride. 5. Improvement of school library. G. Subscription of good magazines. 7. More teachers and a greater variety of subjects. 8. Mote and better laboratory equipment. 9 Encouragement Say . . .
