Her doubtetiered shoulder length veil of imported illusion was held in place on a double ruffled bead piece with seed peart trim. She carried a white satip-bound Bible topped with a purple orchid with an imported lace handkerchief tucked inside tfee Bible. The hand crocheted cloth was caught up on the sides at intervals by mi nature nosegays similar to the centerpiece. The four-tiered cake, decorated with small pink and white bells and topped with a miniature bride and groom, rested on a round plate glass mirror bordered with native greenery. Serving at the reception were Mrs. Albert Henaon, Mrs. Norman Wilson, sisters of the bride, Mrs. Murriel Glenn, Mrs. Clarence Swift, Mrs. Dave Mast, Mrs. Sarah Horton, and Mrs. E. M. Blankenship. The bride's going away suit was baby blue trimmed with rblnestones and seed pearls. She wore a hat of irideacent sequins and her accessories were white. Her corsage waa the orchid from her bridal bouquet The bride is a graduate of Cove Creek High 8chool, Sugar Grave, and Appalachian State Teachers College, Boone. She has been a member of the faculty of the Junior Home School, for the past year and will resume duties there in September. The bridegroom was graduated from Landis High School and Appalachian State Teachers College. The houie was decorated in a color icheme of pink and white. The dining table was covered with a hand-made lace cloth and centered with an arrangement of pink roaes in a crystal bowl.
