Miss Priest praised individual schools for the progress which has been made during the past year in the purchase and installation Of n«w cafeteria equipment. All schools have acquired ad' the ma jor equipment necessary for effici ent operation, and increased sta dent participation is Mfed in all schools ss a result of improved facilities and better food prepara tion. Cafeteria supervisors were praised for their knowledge of foods and the managerial effici ency of their operation.
