This will help all parts of your body to function better. The ladiea will be interested to know that regular exercise in the fresh air will keep you younger and more vital-looking longer. Proper exercise will greatly help the problem of elimination which some older people suffer frem. Nervous tensions and insomnia ean be relieved by exercise. Figure conscious people say that exercise is important to keep the proper distribution at weight over the body frame, even when you care fully watch your diet. Even with a busy schedule, you can, if you really want to, work in a brisk walk each day. If you have a real figure prob lem you may want to take one or two special exercises to correct it. From time to time exercise patterns are printed in magazines snd newspapers. These tell you how to deal with bulging hips, too fat waistlines, etc. These exercises, if followed as directed, will not make you into a dream overnight but they will improve your figure and keep it from going downhill.
