The Manpower Development Training Program is a program to give training in various fields to people who are unemployed or working below their skill capaci ties, or who are members of (arm families with leas than $1,200. net family income or be tween the ages of 16 and 22 years who need additions! training and schooling. The training courses are con ducted by the Employment Se curity Commission at no cost to the trainees. Many trainees will be eligible for allowances while they receive their training.
