LANNEAI CIRCLE MEETS Sophia Lanneau Circle of the Woman’s Missionary Society of the Edenton Baptist Church met Monday afternoon with Mrs. Raleigh Hollo well. The meeting was opened by singing “What A Friend We Have In Jesus." and prayer was offered by Mrs. Jesse hite. Mrs. J. Frank White, Sr., read a part of the 21st chapter of Luke and offered prayer. The Bible study was taken from the Question Book, beginning with the four Gospels. This will be con tinued next month. The Circle voted to give a table cloth to the kitchen at the church. After all business was disposed of, Mrs. E. J. Griffin dismissed the meeting with prayer. The December meeting will be held with Mrs. E. J, Griffin.
