PAGE TWO L-EBCTiOW OK3 SOIL CONSERVATION NEWS By G. SAMUEL OOX, Work Unit Conservationist M. E. Copeland and J. E. Copeland are planning to dig an open ditch between their farms. This ditch will serve more pur poses than one. It will remove surface water, provide an out let for tile drainage and will also serve as a permanent prop erty line for the two farms.
