Coffield, Jr. Post No. 9280, Veterans of Foreign Wars, will hold its annual Christmas party at the post home Saturday night, December 21, at 7 o’clock. Miss Gail Hare Takes Part In College Play Miss Gail Hare, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Hare, Route 3, Edenton, played the part of Catherine Lynch in the produc tion of Tad Mose’s play “All the Way Home,” an adapation of James Agee’s Pulitzer Prize nov el “A Death In The Family,” produced by the Drama Work shop of Warren Wilson College, Swannanoa, N. C., under the su pervision of David Hempleman, director. Miss Hare is a graduate of John A. Holmes High School, Class of 1963. Warren Wilson College is own ed and operated by the Board of National Missions, United Pres byterian Church, U.S.A. Chap’s Grill Now ' In New Location Arthur Chappell this week moved his grill and hilliard par lor to 204 South Broad Street. His new location is in the Taylor Building next to Phthisic’s Su per Market, where a clothing store was formerly dperated by Blair Gibson. Mr. Chappell has occupied the building next to the bus station for nearly three years and in his new location he says he can bet ter serve light lunches and sand wiches and drinks of all kinds. His billiard parlor is in the rear of the building, separated from the grill.
