Jaycees Boost Suttie For Post The Edenton Jaycees were host to some distinguished visitors this past Saturday evening. The event was the hosting of a First District Jaycees dance for the Jaycees and and wives from the eight Jaycee Clubs in the district. In addition to the district Jaycees and wives attending, Bill Suttie of Marion, can didate for notional Jaycefe president; Irvin Alridge of Yanceyville, state Jaycee president, and Billy Laugh inghouse of Greeenville, past northeastern regional direc tor, attended the enjoyable event. The event, held at the Flanagan Aids Ahoskie Juniors Dwight Flanagan, Edenton ; athlete, is batting .360 with the Ahoskie American Le- | gion baseball team. Flanaean. who will attend East Carolina College this lan on a lull athletic schol arship, was a leading hitter in Ahoskie’s 10-3 win over Smithfield Monday night. Stinks!
