Hend ricks, professor of Church Community Development and director of Field Work at the Southeastern Bap tist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, has ac cepted the invitation of the pulpit supply commit tee to preach at the Eden ton Baptist Church on Sun day during the 11 o’clock morning service and dur ing the 7:30 o’clock evening service. The pastor, Rev. R. N. Carroll, is on vaca tion. Dr. Hendricks is an east ern North Carolinian by birth and, after graduat ing from Wake Forest Col lege and the Southern Bap tist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky., has held pastorates in North Caro lina and Kentucky.
