Joe Wilder, State Reve
nue Collector, urges all
taxpayers to procure state
privilege licenses before
July 1, 1968. According to
Wilder, timely applications
for licenses, together with
the correct remittance,
should be mailed to the
North Carolina Department
of Revenue, Raleigh, N. C.,
or submitted to the local
State Revenue office. He
advises that the penalty
for failure to comply will
be five per cent for each
delinquent month or frac
tion thereof.
