The $4.00 increase (from the present $40.00 deduct ible) results from a provi sion in the law requiring an annual review of the deductible amount. The law specifies that if this annual review shows that hospital costs have changed significantly, the hospital deductible amount must be adjusted for the following year. Necessary increases in the deductible amount are to be made in $4.00 steps to avoid small annual changes. Following the formula in the law, and figuring the ratio of in-patient hospital and by virtue of said order of the Clerk of the Su perior Court of Chowan .County, and the power of sale contained in said deed of trust, the undersigned Substituted Trustee will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bid der for cash at the Court House door in Chowan County, North Carolina, at twelve o’clock noon, on Thursday, the 7th day of November, 1968, the same lands lying and being in Third Township, Chowan County, and more particu larly described as follows: First Tract: On the North by the land belong ing to Thomas Jordan heirs; on the East and South by the lands be longing to J.
