"B" Honor Roll For the Year Fifth Grade Arnette Chappell, Robbin Langley, Stockholders Meeting Slated A special meeting of the stockholders of the Peoples Bank and Trust Company will be held on June 25 to consider a recommenda tion from the board of di rectors for an increase from 400,000 to 1,000,000 the number of outstanding shares of common stock of $5 par value. Ibis increase is recom mended so that a 100 per cent stock dividend may be paid to the shareholders of record at close of busi ness on June 26.
