Department. Mrs. Anna
Bair, department chairman,
said the piawrit, who has

area for her musical talents,
will repeat the basic
program which she
presented several weeks
ago at BCSU.
The afternoon’ss program
features the piano works of
Bach. Beethoven.
Schumann. Debussy, and
Agentinian composer,
Alberto Ginastera. The
recital will begin with
“Chromatic Fantasy and
Fugue in d Minor” by J. S.
Bach.
This will be followed by a
quartet of compositions by
Beethoven. Schumann’s
“Papillons. Opus 2,” and
two sets of three numbers
each by Debussy and
Ginastera.
Mrs. Bair said the public

Hertford; two sons; John A.
Effiott and L. B. (Ranzy)
Effiott, both of Route 4.
Hertford; three sisters,
Mrs. Safara Toxey, Mrs.
Nellie Carson, and Mrs.
Nonie Ficuracion all of
Norfolk, Va.; 11 grand
children, 18 great
grandchildren and two
great-peat-grandchildren.
Funeral services were
conducted Saturday as-
ternoon at 3 o’clock at the
graveside in Westlawn
Memorial Park fay Rev.
Arfatur Wall.
Pallbearers were Julian,
Crafton, Hazel, Vivian and
Ned Matthews, Aubrey
Umpfalett, Herbert Eure and
Nathan Jordan.
