Thursday, February 28, 1980 Letter To The Chowan Herald Editor To the Editor: Personally I think it is about time the law take over and do something about these boys and their guns, 8.8. guns, air rifles or whatever kind, if they do not know who or what to shoot at in Chowan County. At any time you cannot drive on the main highway without having your car window shot out. The boy admits in court he was shooting and heard glass rattle and thought he had shot the window out.
