Page 8-B ■ness Claims Mrs. Marshal, Manteo Native Mrs. Nell Leary Marshall, 85,srof Raleigh, died at HiHhaven Nursing Home August 14 following an extended illness. Mrs. Marshall, a native of Manteo, was born Sep tember 18, 1895, daughter of theiate John and Ida White Leaby. She was the widow of Mm; Miller Gordan Mar shall. Surviving is a son, Roy Leary Marshall of Raleigh; tww: step-sons: Charles Marshall of Pinnellas, Fla.; and Miller G. Marshall, Jr., Norfolk, Va.; two brothers: Roy? Leary of Edenton and Ralph M. Leary of Cranford, N. J.; a sister, Mrs. Verna Upchurch of Spring Hope; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Marshall was a member of Spring Hope Baptist Church in Siring Hope. Funeral services were hefdat 1:30 P. M. Sunday in Sprang Hope Baptist church with? Rev. Allen C. Allen officiated. Burial was in Beaver Hill Cemetery with DrSUohn Allen officiating. Williford - Barham Fun eral' Home was in charge of Meal arrangements, bts Revival Services Now Underway Ryan’s Grove Baptist Church held a fellowship service at 7 P. M. on August 14. Their revival meeting, now in progress, began August 16 with Rev. Lee and the congregation from St. Mdrk’s opening. The revival stbvts at 7 P.M. nightly and£' will run through ther-week, with Rev. J. L. Fenner ebing the guest speaker. The morning service on August 23 will be a regular worship by the pastor, Calvin Whedbee, but the afternoon service will be a homecoming beginning at 2 P.:M.
