Death Claims Mrs. Williams ; •/ HERTFORD—Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth (Sadie) Sanford Williams, 90 Elder Lodge, Edenton, and a former: resident of W. Grubb Street, : Hertford, died Thursday.- night in the Chowan Hospital. A native of Pasquotank County, she was the daughter of the late William: . Henry and Dorce Ballance Sanford and the widow of-: Daniel Webster Williams. She was a member of J*e United Methodist Church and its Minnie Wilson Circle. She was retired from the former Norfolk - Carolina Telephone and Telegraph Co. as the Hert ford office manager. Surviving is one son\ Daniel W. Williams, Jr., of Richmond, Va.; and one sister, Mrs. Geraldine Crummey of Edenton. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 2; 30 P. M. in lhe Chapel of Swin dell Funeral Home by Rev, Irving Cooke. A drawing accompanies each plant listed in the booklet, along with a written description l of the plant’s arrangement, flowers and fruits.
