Following the wedding a
reception was held at
Chowan Golf & Country
Club.
After a wedding trip to the
coast of North Carolina they
will make their home in
Raleigh.
The bride is employed by
Goodmark Foods, Inc. Her
husband graduated from
N.C. Wesleyan College in
Rocky Mount and is em
ployed by Carolina Elec
tronics.

Mrs. Caroline Martin will
speak about hospices at the
First Presbyterian Church
on Sunday from 9:45 A. M. to
10:45 A. M. Mrs. Martin is a
senior vice president of
Riverside Hospital,
Newport News, Va.
- Besides being a registered
nurse, Mrs. Martin
received her M.H.A. from
Medical College of Virginia.
She was instrumental in
establishing the hospice at
Riverside, which is the first
hospice in Virginia; and she
is also Techinical Advisor of
Edmarc Hospice for
Children.
Mrs. Martin also is on the
J.C.A.H. Advisory Com
mittee for establishing
standards of hospices.
Anyone who would like to
come and hear Mrs. Martin
will be most welcome.
