Bandon A/otebookt By Maggie B. HI, NEIGHBORS! “Home” is one of the dearest words in our language - it is so good to be back home, among our friends and neighbors who love and miss us and really show it. I thank God that we were available to help my hubby’s only remaining uncle (82 years young) at the time of his greatest need. His wife, whom he had GoxSammon* Atemony with a wide ruffle of Chantilly lace and matching lace was used on the full bishop sleeves. The skirt and attached chapel train veil had a juliet tiara covered with chantilly lace and featured one tier of illusion with a rolled edge. She carried a Victorian arm bouquet of talisman roses, mixed white flowers and tangerine miniature carnations. The bride’s sister, Mrs. Gloria C. Forehand, was matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Miss Jo Ann Wheeler of Trenton, step-sister of the bride; Mrs. Elaine S. Sammons of Wilmington, sister-in-law of the groom; and Miss Kathy L. Small of Edenton. For patients it used to be every six months. Today, more dentsits believe it should be “as often as necessary”, which be 3 months, 6 months, or once a year. There are more pleasurable things to do than making a dental office visit when there’s “nothing wrong”, but at the very least, no one can clean his own teeth perfectly and it allows the dentist to keep track of developing problems. Even if you are fairly certain you have no visible decay or gum condition, the dentist will probe the gums to make certain that periodontal disease, which can affect "We Cater To Cowards" "Your Chamber of Commwrc* Work* For You" lOyiiL. God gave him the strength to get out of bed on his own, find his glasses, call the ambulance, his neighbor and to call us. When we left here we planned on bringing him home with us for he could not stay alone and we love him very much. However, God works in mysterious ways. Uncle Willie had a man. Groomsmen were: Mr. Scott W. Sammons and Mr. Todd L. Sammons, both of Wilmington, brothers of the groom; and Mr. Russell Wheeler, Jr., of Tyner, step brother of the bride. Mistresses of ceremonies were Mrs. Toni S. Cox of Elizabeth City, sister-in-law of the bride, and Mrs. Patricia B. Downum of Edenton, cousin of the bride. The bride is a graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh. She is employed at Peoples Bank and Trust Co. in Raleigh. The groom is presently attending N. C. He.may find that the potential for trouble is there and want to see you in three months - or he may feel that seeing you once a year is sufficient. Billions of dollars are spent each year on dental restoration rather than prevention. Regular visits to your dentist are tiny investments in comparison. The waters of the mighty Chowan were still, sparkling as though sprinkled with thousands of tiny diamonds; seagulls were flying, calling to each other, while some perched atop their favorite pound poles; two little squirrels were playing in the yard; clean, fresh air filled the lungs and the beauty of nature abounded! ‘Twas truly a day to enter God’s House to thank Him for His Page 3-A and 17.
