I These students will be at ■ Colonial Park to teach the , art of making the dolls and , will be in charge of the i “peedab” shooting contest. Other activities for children will include hopscotch, chuck-a farthing, hoop rolling, a corn shelling contest, tug-o’- war, storytelling, and a puppet show. Mr. Keeter Dies Jimmie Calvin Keeter, 64, of 101 Twiddy Ave. died Sunday in Chowan Hospital following an extended illness. Mr. Keeter was the son of the late John W. and Ella Castelloe Keeter. He was retired and a veteran of World War 11. Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Bass Keeter; one son; Jimmy C. Keeter, Jr. of Edenton; five brothers:Melvin Keeter, Rockingham, N. C., John Keeter, Portsmouth, Va., Albert, Fred, and Carl Keeter, all of Edenton. Two sisters: Mrs. Margaret K. Stamey, Portsmouth, Va. and Mrs. Pat Tinney, Atlanta, Ga., and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 P. M. at Williford - Barham Funeral Chapel with burial in Beaver Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Jack Barrow, Robert Brooks, Jimmy C.
