LalrlCdmton 4*2-442* i PENALTY ON DELINQUENT UTILITY BILLS Effective immediately all Town of Edenton utility customers who do not pay their utility bills by the 20th of the month on which they are billed shall be charged a 10 per cent penalty as specified on the reverse side of the utility bill. Should a utility customer mail a check for a delinquent utility bill without including payment of the 10 per cent penalty, the penalty shall be included on the following month's utility billing. Typing 1 Class [ May Be Taught If enough local interest is expressed, ling I will be taught as an Adult Interest class offered through the College of The Albemarle at John A. Holmes High School. COA’s previously published winter schedule does not include Typing I. However, Mrs. Pauline Travis, Chowan County Supervisor for Adult Education, has received several requests that this class be offered. The typing class will meet each Tuesday and Thursday for ten weeks from 7 P.M. - 10 P.M. beginning January 5 and ending March 11.
