They are achievers of the American dream where owning things seems far better than owning a positive, com municating relationship with each other. They have listened all too closely to the influences of a materialistic society and the result is a slow crumbling of their relationship. Part of the .Morgan’s tragedy exists in their children, though young and innocent, they are all too aware of their parents problems. “SAND CASTLES” is also the story of Cathy and Bob, their Christian neighbors. They too, have deep struggles to face. The dif ference? Jesus Christ, in tegrated into their lives to offer hope and peace during such times of hardship. “SAND CASTLES” is also about the four of them together, struggling to be honest in their relationship as friends, and struggling to be honest in how their faith, or lack of it, affects then marriages. “SAND CASTLES” is also about truth, in the sense of who Jesus is and how he wants our lives to be built on solid foundations. Priorities, communication, committment, bearing one another’s burdens and the willingness to share Christ’s love with others is at the heart of “SAND CASTLES”, Page 5-A the movie. “SAND CASTLES” is the result of Evangelical Films’ efforts in dealing with the needs of struggling families across America. It is also a rare insight into the emotions and struggles of one particular family on the decline. It is also the hope and committment that Jesus Christ offers them. At Evangelical Films we are confident that, the ex perience .will be rich and rewarding as you view it. There is a little bit of all of us in “SAND CASTLES”. “SAND CASTLES” is showing at Macedonia Baptist Church July 18 at 7:00 P.M.
