The draft issues scheduled to be reviewed and subject to change at the time of this notice are as follows: Air and Water Quality Toxicity; Non Point Source Air and Water Pollution; Generic En vironmental Impact Statements. The program plan is a detailed document describing the specifics for carrying out the annual en vironmental programs under the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. Comment Procedure: All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend or submit written comments. Persons desiring to present lengthy comments or discussions in regard to the proposals are requested to submit a written statement for inclusion in the record of proceedings.
