The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Owens of Edenton. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Riddick of Edenton. The wedding music was recorded and a solo was sung by Wanda Cullipher of Windsor. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of chantilly lace over taffeta, a high ruffled neck, with long sleeves ending in ruffles, with a short chapel jl to all voters lor allowing me to be a candidate in the November 2 General j^ 5 Election for County Commissioner. My esire is to serve all citizens | of all ages, all races, with love, honesty M|l and good government for our county. Pictured with her is Mrs. Carolyn Ricks who received the honor last year. An active member of the Edenton B.P.W Club, she is presently serving as second vice president, and has held numberous offices in the organization. In 1981 she was selected as “Young Carerest” by the Club. A graduate of Chowan Academy, Peace College, Shenandoah College Conservatory of Music, she is currently associated with the W.R. Winslow Memorial Home, Elizabeth City. She is Ac tivity Coordinator and Music Therapist for the home. Miss Hollowell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.H.
