The Bandon Chapel Notebook - Children Are The Hope For The Future
HI, NEIGHBORS! The school
bus just rolled by- before it
gets to school, it will be filled
with happy, fun loving
children just full of life and
eager to get started. Perhaps
one of these children will
grow up to be our future
President - who knows? We do
know that our children are the
hope of the future and it’s up
to us to insure that they are
well versed in the precepts on
which our Nation was born
and by which we have pro
spered. FIRST and foremost
- in God we trust - and if we
trust God, we will do our best
“There’s a special art to living, and you need a frame of mind
That can overlook the showers, ‘til the sun begins to shine.
To develop to the fullest, you have got to understand,
That things don’t always function in the way they were
planned.
There’s a special art to living, and the challenge must be
met,
But the longer that you try it, why the better you will get.
Don’t waste your time in waiting for the world to come to
you.
You have to climb the mountain to appreciate the view.”
On this Lord’s Day there
was a definite nip in the air
but the sun was out in all its
glory! The beauty of God’s
handiwork surrounded us •
the clean, cool air was ex
hilarating - just right to enter
God’s House to thank Him for
His countless blessings.
God’s children gathered for
Sunday School at Bandon
Chapel were warmly
welcomed by Supt. Stan Tur

treated to an enlightening
lesson by Deacon B. Kent
Rowley entitled “God Pro

Bible truth brought out was
that God’s people do not

Eye Coordination In Children ■

Common eyesight problems
when they are found, must be
coorected with glasses or contact
lenses. But, there are more
causes for such problems than
nearsightedness, farsightedness,
or astigmatism.
A typical fault is that a child
has trouble in smoothly moving
both eyes together in all direc
tions. To compensate, a child will
move his head instead of his eyes.
While the sympton is easily
observed, for instance when
reading, it is difficult to tell off
hand if the problem is in the
focusing mechanism or the con
vergence of the eyes. In either
case, such a child will frequently
become fatigued. In the case of
reading, the child will probably
give up after only a few minutes,
and eventually develop an aver
sion to it.

When Wisdom Teeth Create Problems
If all of your wisdon
teeth have erupted
without causing discom
fort and other concerns,
you’re one of the lucky
ones. Wisdom teeth may
cause serious dental pro
blems if left to fend for
themselves.
They usually erupt or
come through the gums
between the ages of 16 and
30, one in each of the rear
four corners of your jaw.
Not everyone develops all
four wisdom teeth,
however, and there are
even some people who
don’t develop any wisdom
teeth at all. But most peo
ple do, and the complica
tions can be painful as
well as detrimental to
your dental health.
Sometimes wisdom teeth
