Audie Yancey of Hesperia , Ca. Rev. Yancey was born in Sampson County, near the town of Clinton and was raised in that area and in Portsmouth, Va. where he resided until he joined the Marine Corps, and was later transferred to California where he has resided since 1962. After retirement from the Service he entered the ministry of Christian educa tion and presently is serving as field representative for one of America’s largest and finest Christian educational programs. During Rev. Yancey’s ministry he has in itiated ten Christian Schools, and is presently writing a col umn for the Hesperia News, entitled, “The Religion Report.” Rev.
