Cahoon of Hyde County, both recently retired sheriffs. Gov. James B. Hunt, Jr., will deliver the main address at the banquet. While in Beaufort County he will of ficially dedicate the all new Pamlico Nursing Center, Inc. a 120-bed secondary care unit, and will take a look at the ex tended day program at the Washington City Schools. This banquet is not a par tisan political event, and everyone may purchase a ticket and are urged to attend. Admission to the Meritorious Service Banquet will be by ad vance ticket purchase only.
