wares and merchandise sold and delivered
by plaintiff to you on your
order; that the summons therein has
been made returnable on the 30th
day of May, 1925, and that an attachment
issued at the same lime as
the summons has been levied upon
all your right, title aiul interest on a

Swain County, formerly occupied by
you as a mercantile stand, and said
