which was observed in Brevard last j
week, comes the annnoucement that <
Mi. F. J. Cutter, prominent musician ,
nf Brevard, will be retained as lend- (
er of the Brevard Band. For the
past three years Mr. Cutter has been
instructor of band instruments in this
section and his ability as tutor organizer
and leader is recognized by those
who have had occasion to be in contnct
with him and his work. Mr.
Cutter's experience is band work has

Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis
Club is due the credit of the

Cutter as the band leader. The Aldermen
are paying a substantial
portion of the leader's salary for
three months and the civic organizations
have undertaken to raise the
balance, so that Brevard is assured
one of the most entertaining forms
of public amusement during the
coming season. Open air concerts
