Eighty one years old last January 12, and nationally known as sole owner and proprietress of Murphy's first and i largest hotel, "Lady Dickey", as she was generally called, succumbed Wed- i nesday at 3:50 after a lingering illness which began with an apparently trivial injury to her hip, caused by a fall.
