The program was on "Citizenship" and Mrs. H. Bueck in a brief ' talk on the subject mentioned ways . young women might serve their vl community with special reference to "Law Observance',, 'Community Service" "Legislation" and '<CitizenshiD Training." p! During the business session a leport was made on the picture recently sponsored, and on the vacant lot beautified. The girls decided to [V take another lot within the next few weeks, also to sponsor another picture during this month. It was also ^ decided to sell candy and sandwiches . on election day. At the conclusion of the meeting Mrs. Bueck was presented a lovely gift before her departure for the assortment of handkerchiefs as a summer vacation. The next meeting will be the regular social with Mrs. H. A. Mattox , and Mrs. Walter Mauney in charge. j| Mrs. Hugh Adams Mrs. Hugh Adams who underwent' an operation at Dr. Whitfield's on in Monday is doing nicely.
